We ship only to the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia, because those are the destinations where our parcels arrive reliably. This article explains what happens at the border in each, as of the time of writing. Rules change; the links at the bottom are the official sources.
United Kingdom
Pregabalin has been a Class C controlled drug in the UK since 2019. Personal imports of controlled medicines are allowed only with a prescription, and Border Force can seize a parcel that doesn't appear to be for personal use or that looks like a commercial quantity. In practice, small personal quantities in original packaging clear far more often than not, and the 360-capsule limit we apply per order is there to keep parcels inside the "personal" range. Seized parcels generate a letter from Border Force; if that happens, send us a copy and we reship once at no charge.
United States
Pregabalin is Schedule V in the US — the lowest level of control. The FDA's personal importation guidance generally doesn't permit importing prescription drugs that are available in the US, but enforcement discretion is applied to small quantities (typically a three-month supply) for personal use, especially with a prescription on file. Parcels are inspected by CBP and the FDA; a held parcel results in a notice to the recipient. Our reshipment policy covers that outcome.
Australia
Pregabalin is Schedule 4 (prescription only). The TGA's Personal Importation Scheme lets a resident import up to a three-month supply of a prescription medicine for personal use, provided it isn't a prohibited substance and they hold a prescription. Australian Border Force checks incoming medicines and can ask for the prescription; keep yours accessible. Of the three countries, Australian parcels are the most predictable.

- A maximum of 360 capsules per order.
What our reshipment covers
If a parcel is lost, damaged or held or returned by customs, we send it again once, free. Tell us after 21 days without delivery, or as soon as you receive a customs letter. If the replacement is also lost, we refund in the crypto you paid with. We don't cover parcels that fail because of an address error at checkout or refusal to accept delivery.
What we can't do
We can't offer legal advice on your personal situation, and we can't ship to any other country — not because of cost, but because the delivery success rate elsewhere isn't something we're willing to charge you for.
