The United Kingdom, the United States and Australia — free of charge, in 7–14 days including customs. We only ship where our parcels clear reliably, so we don't take orders for other countries; the checkout only offers these three.

If a parcel is lost, damaged, or stopped at customs, we reship it once at no charge. Tell us after 21 days without delivery and we'll send the replacement; if the second one also fails, we refund in the crypto you paid with.

At checkout you pick a coin and network — Bitcoin, USDT on TRC20, Solana, USDC (Solana or ERC20) or ETH. After you place the order we show the wallet address and USD amount. Send the equivalent at the current rate, paste the transaction ID on your order page, and we confirm within a few hours.

Because the price is the price: $1 (75 mg), $2 (150 mg), $2.50 (300 mg) and $3 (450 mg) per capsule, with shipping already included. Bigger packs simply mean fewer orders for you.

Yes. Plain outer packaging with no product names or brand on the outside, and a neutral sender name. Capsules stay in their original sealed strips inside.

Until payment is confirmed, yes — reply to your confirmation email or message us. After it ships we can't recall it, but the reshipment and refund terms still apply.
