Privacy policy

We collect only what an order needs and keep it only as long as the order needs it.

What we collect

Name, shipping address, email, optional phone number, the items ordered, the coin you chose and the transaction ID you submit. We never see or store card or bank details — there are none.

What we use it for

Shipping the order, sending order emails (confirmation, payment confirmed, shipped, tracking), and answering your messages. Order emails are sent through a transactional email provider under contract to us. We do not send marketing email and do not sell or share your data.

Cookies

One cookie holds your cart contents; it carries no personal data. There are no analytics or advertising trackers.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for 12 months after delivery for reshipment and refund handling, then deleted. Email us from the address on the order to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
