Delivery time
We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia only — the three destinations where our parcels clear customs reliably. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (working days). Delivery takes 7 to 14 days including customs handling. You receive a tracking number by email and on your order page as soon as the parcel is scanned by the courier.
Cost
Shipping to the UK, USA and Australia is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see per capsule is the full price. We don't ship anywhere else.
Packaging
Plain, padded outer packaging with no product names on the outside. Capsules remain in their original sealed strips and cartons.
Free reshipment, once
If your parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is held or returned by customs, we send a replacement at no charge. Contact us after 21 days without delivery (or as soon as you receive a damaged parcel) with your order number. One reshipment per order; if the replacement also fails to arrive, we refund the order in the cryptocurrency you paid with.
Address errors
Please check the address at checkout — we reship free for carrier and customs problems, not for an address that was entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, tell us before the order ships and we'll fix it.
