Refunds and reshipment

Our promise is simple: your capsules arrive in the UK, USA or Australia, or we send them again, or we refund you.

Free reshipment

If a parcel is lost, damaged in transit, or held or returned by customs, we reship it once at no charge. Ask after 21 days without delivery, quoting your order number.

Refunds

If the reshipped parcel also fails to arrive, we refund the full order in the cryptocurrency you paid with, at the USD value of the order. Refunds are also given in full for any order cancelled before dispatch.

Not covered

Medicines can't be returned once delivered, for safety reasons. Parcels that fail because of an incorrect address entered at checkout, or a refusal to accept delivery, are not eligible for free reshipment.

Wrong or damaged items

If you receive the wrong product or damaged strips, email a photo within 7 days and we'll replace them.
