How to pay for an order with crypto, step by step

Buying USDT, Bitcoin, Solana, USDC or Ethereum and sending it to a shop for the first time — wallets, networks, fees, and the mistakes that lose money.

Card networks don't process payments for medicines shipped across borders, so we take cryptocurrency. If you've never used it, it takes about twenty minutes the first time and two minutes after that. This is the whole process.

1. Get a wallet with some crypto in it

The easiest route is an exchange app that lets you buy with a card or bank transfer and send directly: Coinbase, Kraken and Binance are the common ones in the UK, US and Australia (Binance isn't available to US residents; Coinbase and Kraken are). Create an account, verify your identity (that's normal, it's the exchange's requirement, not ours), and buy slightly more than your order total to cover the network fee.

Which coin? USDT on TRC20 is the cheapest and fastest for most people — it's a dollar-pegged token so $225 of USDT is 225 USDT, and the Tron network fee is a few cents. USDC on Solana is equally cheap. Bitcoin and Ethereum work fine but their network fees are higher and confirmation slower.

2. Place the order

Choose your capsules, go to checkout, enter your shipping address and pick the coin and network you hold. When you click "Place order" you get an order number, the wallet address to pay, and the USD amount. The same details go to your email.

3. Send the payment

In your exchange or wallet app, choose Send (or Withdraw), paste our address, and — this is the part that matters — choose the same network shown on your order page. USDT exists on several networks (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20…). Sending USDT on the wrong network to a TRC20 address can't be reversed by anyone. The app will usually warn you if the address format doesn't match the network.

For USDT or USDC, send the USD amount exactly (e.g. 225 USDT). For BTC, ETH or SOL, send the equivalent at the current rate; your app shows the USD value as you type. Small differences from price movement are fine.

4. Paste the transaction ID

After sending, the app shows a transaction ID (also called a hash or TXID — a long string of letters and numbers). Copy it and paste it into the box on your order page. It lets us match your payment immediately instead of waiting for it to appear in the wallet. We confirm within a few hours and email you; your capsules ship within 24 hours after that.

Mistakes that cost people money

Stuck at any step? Message us with your order number before sending anything — we'd rather answer a question than chase a lost payment.
